Having experience with other storage companies in the past, cube smart is cheaper and friendlier than the competition. Secure storage and good hours of access.

Although it wasn't a problem for me, my unit was wet from moisture seeping through the rear wall

I had no issues with the managers running the storage facility I used. This is a reason for the facility and what is provided by CubeSmart not a condemnation of those trying to ovesee the facility.The cost it too much for what is offered. While the facility is ‘temperature controlled' it is still quite cold in winter. There are no lights in the units so loading and unloading can be tricky in shadow and darkness. While unloading the contents I found that mice had moved into the soft furnishings. While I cannot help what other customers bring into the storage facility the fact that mice can invade someone else’s space seems unreasonable. If I knew someone looking for a facility I would have them look over these aspects when choosing a storage facility.

Everything went so smoothly and the space was just the right size for what I needed and every detail for that matter!! The manager (Chrissy) figured out exactly what I needed with what I was planning on Storing!!
