so fucking expensive

Rat infestation ruined a lot of my furniture. They ate a large chunk out of my dining room table and the edges off of several other pieces. Also ate into boxes and left nasty poop spread on tops of everything. Staff did respond to remove several dead rats and I was credited with one months rent. Did not cover cost of ruined furniture but was helpful.
