Rats completely destroyed my items and the policy and insurance. The company provided doesn’t even cover those kinds of damages. Rodents should be alerted about. So disappointing.

When I first starting storing here it was "ok," like more of a 5 because the property wasn't well kept and the area my unit was in that was supposed to be climate controlled. It was always warm and smelled of what I thought was mold or dead rodents all the time. The office was impossible to get a hold of. However, this year I have noticed the unit and property is being MUCH better kept, you can feel the climate control and it actually smells good in my unit's area. Also, the property management and the ladies I have encountered over the past few months have been absolutely amazing, easy to work with, have great customer service and available by both phone and email promptly, when needed.

Trying to communicate with the personal was very difficult. An the prices are way to high an they never gave warnings before acting upon them by finding out until you arrive at your unit.

No light inside the unit so it became very hard to see when it got dark outside. The price went up per month twice in less than a six month Period. The unit was slightly smaller than what was advertised on the website which caused a bit of a problem.

First a boy I want to thank you Mr. belly for social professional matter 12 minutes after I finish my account Mr. belly call me to give me the welcome call and explain to me how to get to my storage unit which is across the street from him and everything was perfect. I can’t complain. I don’t even have to step to the office thank you so much

The price was comparable to other people but we had a continous problem wiht rats eating our boxes and leaving droppings over everything.We made sure to seal up our boxes and not leave any food or water in our unit but still had an ongoing issue with boxes, bins being chewed and being covered in droppings.

All my needs were met and I was very happy with storing my belongings in this storage facility.
