The building and unit are impeccably clean. Can beat the ease of loading and unloading my boxes. Very friendly and accommodating staff

Need more carts.Please put garbage bins somewhere on the premises.Better office hours. People work. They shouldn't Have to run to make the hours.

Would not recommend. The store manager was not helpful throughout my experience and made my time at the facility unpleasant. His communication style came across as domineering, harsh, and unprofessional rather than courteous or customer-focused. I did not feel respected or valued as a customer, and overall the experience left a very negative impression.

Service, access, and staff were great. Overall the facility is kept very clean. However, the entire first floor absolutely stank of marijuana anll the time. And the visible roach traps make me very nervous about whether it’s safe to bring my belongings back home.

Location was kept really clean. My items were in storage for about a year and a half and no complaints . Staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend

Convenient

The rate increases kill me. I understand business. But I wish it would stay at one price for more than a year.

Overall, my storage lease worked well for my needs. I thought the layered security beneficial, and the cleanliness of the facility is certainly a factor. The only issue I had was with other customers who blocked the entrance ways with their vehicles.
