Cleanliness and overall professionalism.

The facility is always junky on the floor my unit was on. I didn't feel safe going into my unit as there are no mirrors to see if someone is coming around the corner I literally ran into someone. They went up 3 times on the price of my unit for no reason. I would not recommend this facility to anyone on that reason alone.

I dont know about all of the Cubesmart locations but I would not recommend you after my experience at this location. The biggest reason is the numerous price increases. First, this was a Life storage location when I first moved in. Cube smart increased my price to almost double my original amount.There is no garbage area at this location, which is inconvenient for customers moving out.The loading dock for my building was very inconvenient with the ramp being blocked by customer parking and the dock itself being surrounded by yellow poles and chains.I also complained about there being insufficient/zero lighting in my unit and I was told to deal with it.Ultimately, I decided to move to another nicer storage facility, to a larger unit the is less than half the price of cubesmart.

The process from start to finish was very easy. I was able to complete the rental online and moved into my unit with no issues. I would recommend CubeSmart to my family and friends.
