I was unable to retrieve or even simply look into my storage unit for months. The store kept saying it was due to damage from a hurricane.. but upon further investigations, it was due to someone ripping all the electrical panels off of the building I still have to pay my rent every month, even though I wasn’t allowed to go and utilize my unit

Premises are not well kept. There are garbage cans throughout the building to catch the water from the ceiling leaking. Units across from mine having a moldy smell from the rain leaking in the units.On a positive note…. Front Desk manager Tawyla is very friendly and always displays a positive attitude. She continues to exhibit professional manner dispute the many challenges she faces daily. Tawyla is always willing to assist when asked. She is definitely a team player and an asset to the Cube Smart Company.
