Convenient location, well maintained and reasonably priced.

There were issues for the entire time I have had the unit( back inside door wouldn't stay closed, allowing who and whatever into the hall of my units, also causing rain and snow into the hall, I was the 3rd unit from the door, several times I furnished a new account number and asked that my payments come from these numbers (my checking a/c was breached) but continued to get delinquent notices. All of this was reported to the office manager, who eccentually stated that she would report it to the owners but didn't know whether it would be taken care of.I then tried to close the unit 2-28-25 and have been told you don't do partial payments. All of this has been going on for over a year and brought to every manager that I could reach. Yes, the manager is working on this last issue but making no promises. I'm sure she can not make that decision.I also have a 2nd unit that I will be vacating as soon as possible.

Unit had roof leaks that damaged my property and I’ve had continued issues with spiders and spiderwebs as well as finding mouse/rat droppings. I did not have the issue with the pests until within the last 9-12 months. The price is also constantly increasing when offering better rates to new customers.

Allison and Mia were very helpful in getting me the unit that meets my needs. Their professionalism and pleasant manner made me feel like an important customer.
