Staff in office seem to have no knowledge as to appointment schedule or answering phone when you come in person no one is there yes, they apologize, but that's unacceptable.Poor , communication phone not being picked up, I had a problem called someone to speak about it.They were unaware of anything that was going on.Then, when I get in person, another person states, oh yeah, this is the problem.And wasn't able to resolve anything poor customer service. Stated I Stated, I have to talk to my supervisor about it

The facility is clean and the staff is very helpful and professional.

Office hours are too short

Cubesmart is close, convenient, girl at desk very helpful

Never no help on phone and the office closed too much so never no on site help either

Nice units, reasonable, clean

So clean and nice and has AC! Highly recommend. Super high height ceilings so I was able to stack stuff probably a little higher then I should have. Set up was easy in just a few moments and closing my account was a quick call. 10/10
