Place has deteriorated much since I took the unit. Very dirty and my price has rose ALOT.

Safe and clean

The local office manager (Camilla) was very helpful and professional.I was unable to be there in person. She made the procedure of working long distance less stressful.

Literally EVERY SINGLE TIME I WENT TO PAY MY BILL I EITHER HAD TO WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO COME FROM ANOTHER LOCATION OR COME BACK ANOTHER TIME. UNLESS I CALLED TO FIND OUT WHEN SOMEONE WAS GOING TO BE THERE TO PROCESS THE PAYMENT. I TRIED LEAVING CASH IN THE BOX AND WAS LOCKED OUT AND HAD TO CALL TO HAVE THAT LIFTED, THEN I CALLED ONE OTHER TIME TO FIND OUT WHERE THE EMPLOYEE WAS SO I COULD PAY MY BILL AND WAS TOLD I COULD PAY OVER THE PHONE FOR A FEE. WHEN I ASKED IF THE FEE COULD BE WAIVED AS I WAS AT MY LOCATION AND ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT YOU HAVE STAFFING ISSUES. I WAS TOLD IT COULD NOT BE WAIVED. I FEEL IF YOU WANT TO BE PAID AND THE CUSTOMER IS THERE TRYING TO PAY THEN YOU SHOULD DO ANYTHING TO ACCOMMODATE THE CUSTOMER. NOT TRY TO CHARGE MORE FEES.
