I was quoted a price when I wanted a larger unit, then I went to pay and the amount was larger and the rep wanted to charge for a new lock as well. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told the area coordinator said no and never called me. Also, the unit was dirty— hadn’t been swept and spider webs everywhere.

contacted them to have my unit changed due to the size of landing pad. No one has contacted me back ever since the initial call. I wasted my money on the fees on the first free month.

The storage door was very difficult to open and close.The app did not work to open the gate.The price arbitrarily went up.

Very hard to contact location manager area was not the best with crackheads close by and then they would leave the gate open all day. Store manager didnt answer when i called a single time
