After payment of my rental unit I received an email with the gate code and unit number which later I was informed that the unit was not behind the gate.No one in the Cubesmart establishment explained that my unit was not secured behind the gate.

Because what was provided was what I expected and payed for, what other reason would one need.

Had trouble accessing unit. No manager to be found for assistance. Excessive wait times for phone assistance.You did not have the size unit desired after payment was rendered.Storage area and buildings were run down and doors did not work properly.Upper managers did not respond to complaints and concerns.
