Lots and LOTS of mistakes with invoices and charges that STILL aren’t fixed, despite my speaking to SEVERAL personnel on multiple occasions to get them corrected. Plus, the floor of the unit is filthy.

The rent on the unit went up $20.00 in one month. There was no notice given. The staff was very accomodating and pleasant but $100.00 plus is outrageous.

The elevator was not working for me and wife to take ower things we had to take it up and down stairs hope it get fit but it’s a great storage doe I’m going back today to put the rest up

Your prices just keep going up and could never get an explanation from the office, nobody was ever there , was told I would receive a call back to discuss why the price doubled since I started and nobody called, gate is always open for anyone to drive in .
