Trish made the storage rental experience so easy. After our initial meeting I remembered a few questions that I had and called back to ask. She was quickly responsive and able to answer all my questions. She's super friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her during the entire process. When my husband and I went in to the store to sign our paperwork and finalize all the details we also got to meet the office manager, who like my husband is a veteran and they enjoyed chatting with each other while Trish and I finished up everything and we were able to move in quickly and easily. I would highly recommend using the Manor location not just for the convenience and security but also for the people who work there. I've rented a few storage units over the years and CubeSmart in Manor is by far the best experience ever. I really appreciate that and would continue to recommend them.
