The team there at the site is very warm attentive and goes out to learn your needs. Al remembered me from a conversation we had over a year ago. Was a big reason why I left Extra Space and coming back to CubeSmart.

Think y’all hired a new person and he had a bad attitude for one . And the second reason it cost to much to store with CubeSmart Storage and other companies or cheaper

Great customer service, very fast to respond to inquiries and their check in and move out process are extremely simple. I love that I could let myself in via their app! Will use again in the future.
