Would have given a 10 but the WiFi access became very limited during our last 2 months. One of the keypads for our primary access to the unit was mostly non functional. The on site staff are good and cordial. The property is clean.

I have moved out of our unit and have already paid which I asked the person I can receive a prorated amount since I will no longer be here for the rest of the month. The answer was no and I would rather tell other people to not go to cube smart.

For the most part my rental process has been good. When I need to speak with someone I only want to speak with Kelly at the Country Club location. She is always helpful. The only issue I did have was the rat dripping in my unit A2128.
