Your process is easy and your location is convenient. The check in and check out were easy and I like using the app to unlock the gates.

I have moved out of our unit and have already paid which I asked the person I can receive a prorated amount since I will no longer be here for the rest of the month. The answer was no and I would rather tell other people to not go to cube smart.

I’m not a fan of you raising prices on long term rentals.

For the most part my rental process has been good. When I need to speak with someone I only want to speak with Kelly at the Country Club location. She is always helpful. The only issue I did have was the rat dripping in my unit A2128.

Office staff was great. I was with this location for 18 years. Originally this storage was affordable but over the years the rate increases have far exceeded inflation. Combine that with the company not able keep elevator and entry gates maintaining properly. The these mechanically failed, it took months to fix them.
