Price goes up to much at the time. No warning. No matter of your are a customer. Not even a notice saying, it will go up. $20.00 at the time. Not $5....or $10.... Not nice.The lady at the office, is very, very nice and professional. Forgot her name.

I had a great experience with CubeSmart. The original storage space provided did not work for my needs, but their team responded quickly, accommodated the situation, and found a solution without delay. I really appreciated their professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to help. Because every year the rent went up (despite the fact our row of storage units were the only ones in the facility that were never painted or improved).Because the manager (Ashley) put a lock on our unit and told me "we were late on our rent" when we were never once in four years late on the rent - and the next day it was removed and put on the unit next door so she obviously had made a mistake and instead of admitting it she deflected and acted like we were deadbeats.Because my remote access hasn't worked in months despite my repeated attempts to get it fixed/reset.Because whenever you actually need help (like the key/lock you buy from Cube Smart breaks off in the lock), you get ZERO assistance from Ashley who tells you to "do whatever you need to do but don't mess up the door or you'll be billed".The current unit we were renting (8'x20') is currently renting (at full-price/not a special) for $50 less than you were going to charge us with our $20 rent increase (again) in April that no-one even prepared us for.The list is LONG if you would like me to continue or I can just stop and we can agree that your company acts like the customer is important but treats the customer like CRAP when they legitimately need help.
