Place was clean and easy to use.

The service is good, the facilities are clean, and the lights always work. But the price increases were too much too often.

Prices kept going up to the point of ridiculous.

Keisha was absolutely amazing. She handled me with the care needed to ensure all of my needs were met. I appreciate everything she did to assist me!!!

The personnel at the Mansfield (hwy 287) location are good people, very professional and courteous. I give Keisha the manager a 10! However, it’s a shame the building my items were stored in got rained on the entire time (coming in from the floor) and I lost books that had molded and not all are replaceable but because I only had my renters insurance I was told CubeSmart isn’t liable. It never crossed my mind CubeSmart would have leaks that should have been found during a safety inspection (or maybe it was). I refuse to believe the leak started when I began renting the space.

Keisha was fabulous! She is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!She sold us on CubeSmart!

The manager keshia was very helpful and nice. The location was good for me. The access was easy. The facility was clean (no bugs or rodents).The only downside was the price increased.
