My experience in obtaining this storage back in May 2025, I believe that was the month, was a great experience with Stephanie. I put all of my stuff in storage August 2025. I left Ohio under marital duress and came back home to Mississippi. I was worried about the weather, the rain and especially the snow. But on May 23, 2026 I returned to pick up my things and discovered they were in perfect condition. No mildew. No mold. No rats. No stains. I am well pleased. I don’t know the attendant on duty when I came back, but he was extremely kind, as well. I would recommend Cube Smart to anyone.Thank you so very much for protecting a large portion of my life’s precious collections. Stephanie is a great help for people needing storage. Her cheerful attitude is appreciated at a time when some are going thru moving from a life long home to a small apartment and are needing a safe place to store the things they value. I have not left CubeSmart I just moved from a larger unit to a smaller one and she was right there to help.

Friendly clean reasonable and the staff was very nice!

The price was raised by almost 20 dollars for no reason at all and I was never given a reason as to why, I ended up giving away the stuff I had storaged there just so I didn't have that outrageous bill. I will never use the service again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of the random price hike.

Too many price increases.I found a place hap the price you was charging me went from a $135 to $217.In two years, completely unacceptable for me
