I was really appreciative of the 1st day with the bag in the unit with the lock and key. The blister packaging, everyone knows how hard those are to open, was already cut open for me. Would not have thought to bring scissors for that…and didn’t have to!

The end amount I was paying was ridiculous. I was paying 300 a month, the same as my carnote. My storage unit didn't get any bigger, nor did i ever use supplies so why i went from 120 to 300 is insane. I get that prices rise, but for no change or benefit to me that was way to high.

Because the property manager their location have good customer communication skills she’s always working and cleaning around the building and I like to clean this of that location where the property manager does such a great job communicating with her tenants.

I was impressed with how easy the reservation process was and how they had everything ready for me when I arrived to unload. The open blister pack for the lock was a huge relief that I wouldn’t have thought about.
