The property and storage spaces are clean. The staff are pleasant, understanding and helpful. They explained the options clearly and professionally. I would rent again

Ashley delivered outstanding customer support.

Our items were exposed to rodents. I also had up to 3 units at a time, I went to close one unit with another 3 weeks before the next bill but had another unit that was about to be billed in a few days. I asked if there was any way to apply that 3 week credit to the other unit that was a cheaper unit and I got nothing, no call back, nothing. not impressed with the customer service.

The price changes were my primary reason to move out and secure another room at a larger volume for 1/5 of the rate I was paying. Customer loyalty seems to be a low priority.
