While the storage unit served it's purpose for us, this location desperately needs to be updated. The inside is very old and worn out, smells bad and seems unsafe. The outside doors are constantly left open for anyone to enter and it seems people are just hanging out in there all the time. I didn't feel safe going there alone.

The facility where I had my storage unit is a dump. CubeSmart is not spending money on upgrades, or just patchwork altogether. CubeSmart as a whole has made many cutbacks in order to maintain profit margins. While executives are well overpaid, their in-house staff are not. Many staff members are overwhelmed trying to upkeep the facility and are also underpaid. If labor laws didn’t exist, CubeSmart wouldn’t hesitate to use slave labor. Absolutely, I would not recommend CubeSmart.

Had several things stolen on different occasions....insurance is a rip off

Location is perfect, staff is friendly and helpful. Area is well maintained.

Esther was very helpful and pleasant The only issue I have is there is only one flat cart to roll things in so when more than one person goes in I had to wait also the cards to put your stuff on are very they don't have a break it is very hard for me to put stuff on top of the car because I kept rolling down and it's very old we need a new carts flatbeds whatever they're called
