Is took 2 months to the lady in their to answered my call. I had to call a customer service. She said she was showing unit, but i had looked for her , and nothing. And she said she was out for something else. Only excuses. She told me that she sent a notification that will be raised, and never did.Was raised 50% of the price after I rented without noticing. The place is really disgusting.

Because mainly when we were out of power for like two weeks, you guys didn’t give me any kind of discount the bathrooms were never available. It just wasn’t a very great experience and it’s way too expensive.
