The main reason I gave a ten is because we we moved our stuff in a year ago there were problems. First the elevators didn't work. All the carts were stuck upstairs. We couldn't get to our unit. I called customer service and they were incredible. They found a unit on the ground floor within minutes. We were able to unload and get our rental truck back on time. Their concern and care were great and they solved our problem on the spot.

Easy access and convenient hours

I was in the hospital at the time my goods were moved into 2 units at your Marietta GA location at 1966 Leland Drive Marietta GA 30067. It may be some time before I can find my way from Cincinnati OH to Marietta GA.Cornelius, mgr at that location, went way out of his way to coordinate with the movers, arrange a 2nd unit adjacent to my 1st to make the move-in as efficient as possible, and managed the lock-down + is holding keys for me.He deserves recognition by the CubeSmart Co. & mgmt. for his outstanding efforts.

Excellent staff

The CubeSmart provided exceptional services during my stay for my storage needs. The storage area was kept tidy and free of lose debris. Climate was appropriately controlled to protect my belongings.
