I would give Cubesmart a 20 out of 10 if I could. Their customer service surpasses any organization I've ever worked with. It's truly due to their amazing staff, Chanel and Cornelius. Chanel helped me in every aspect that a customer would want support. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond with very detail of her service.I scheduled a moving/freight company to move some business items into storage units. The moving company completely disappointed. In many ways, they left me stranded trying to figure out how I would get most of my inventory in units myself, when that's what they were being paid for. It was all happening in real time and it was a disaster. Chanel stepped up immediately and made me feel I was not alone. She worked with me and was very patient and kind and solutions oriented. Though it was an overwhelming situation for me, Chanel made me feel like I was not alone. Her support is the reason my business was able to successfully complete the move that day. I literally could not have done this without her. Words can't even describe. (Keep in mind I have a hospitality business degree, I have never had a customer service experience as good as this, EVER! Chanel is an amazing employee and person. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, 20 out of 10, Amazing!)
