I would give Cubesmart a 20 out of 10 if I could. Their customer service surpasses any organization I've ever worked with. It's truly due to their amazing staff, Chanel and Cornelius. Chanel helped me in every aspect that a customer would want support. She exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond with very detail of her service.I scheduled a moving/freight company to move some business items into storage units. The moving company completely disappointed. In many ways, they left me stranded trying to figure out how I would get most of my inventory in units myself, when that's what they were being paid for. It was all happening in real time and it was a disaster. Chanel stepped up immediately and made me feel I was not alone. She worked with me and was very patient and kind and solutions oriented. Though it was an overwhelming situation for me, Chanel made me feel like I was not alone. Her support is the reason my business was able to successfully complete the move that day. I literally could not have done this without her. Words can't even describe. (Keep in mind I have a hospitality business degree, I have never had a customer service experience as good as this, EVER! Chanel is an amazing employee and person. 5 stars, 10 out of 10, 20 out of 10, Amazing!)

Horrible experience; even surprised that you send me this! As I was getting ready to bounce back in society, suddenly cornelius puts me out invocaing some rather strange reason when cubesmart has known all along EXACTLY what I was doing in my unit since last November!!;

The facility was clean. The web service was easy to use. The people were friendly and helpful.

Staff at 1966 Leland Dr, Marietta GA always are polite and professional. My stay was exceptional and property is always clean!
