Storage unit is the perfect size and convenient to my location. While the local physical location did not open during the time posted online or on the door, the phone customer service representative was able to complete the process and get me set up with a unit within approximately 10 minutes.

I signed up at an advertised reduced rate and the facility increased the rate $55 after 2 months. There was nothing I could do at that time as I needed the storage.

Horrible customer service on site attendant brutally rude and unprofessional kept calling me another persons name and said I wasn’t allowed on the property then when I removed property she kept calling saying I owed money also units were plowed in all storm

I paid for a unit online and the payment included a lock. I paid on a Saturday night after office hours not knowing they were closed Sunday and Monday. Fortunately they gave me instructions on how to access my unit without having to visit the office. The instructions stated there would be a riptag on the locker and to rip it off and inside my unit would be my welcome kit which included my lock. When I arrived at the unit there was no tag and when I opened the unit I found an empty unit with no kit and no lock. My month started the day I purchased the unit and I had no way to lock it. I tried calling but the office has been closed. I ended up going to the store and buying my own lock to be able to put some things into the unit. Someone from the office tried to call me this afternoon but I missed the call and when I called back no one answered. I tried calling 6 different times and cannot get ahold of anyone. Im hoping to pay them a visit tomorrow during business hours to sort this all out.

Your employee is never onsite, never answers phone calls, is always smoking weed. The property has a strong weed smell, the 2 times she has been onsite she reeks of weed. Her locking me out of my unit on 3/27 was unacceptable. Her manager Laura even more so by ignoring the bad behavior and blaming me for being locked out of my own unit.

I was told the unit was indoors,it was not and some of my items were damaged by mice. Staff was hardly ever in the office and didn't answer the phone often . First month was in fact not free after all of your added fees. Terrible.
