Accessibility, pricing. Mostly convenient for me personally because of its proximity to my home. There were a handful of times that there wasn't available parking and I had to return at a different time, but its usually pretty open.

I’ve been at that storage unit for years and you guys decide to keep racing the prices all the time I figure the longer there better price you get, but that’s not the way you guys run business
