The upper area needed to be repaired. Most items got wet and ruined from the rain. One employee told me to take pictures of the damaged items and that I will be contacted to move my items when being repaired. Never received a call.

Manager Kim is super friendly and very helpful. One of the best experiences in renting a storage I’ve had. I have moved alot being prior military and have had my share. Definitely will recommend this location to family and friends.

Easy process, I was able to sign up for my storage unit and access it the same day on a Sunday. Kim was really helpful. My unit door was having issues and she had it fixed in no time.

We had our stuff there in storage for three years while we were overseas. It was easy to handle everything remotely and everything was in great shape when I got back.

Your location is convenient, and the passcode to get is also convenient. As a general rule, I do not choose to fill out surveys, my personal choice. In this case, with the additional phone call made to be about it, I felt a little pressure to do so. If you send me any additional requests for surveys, know that I will not be filling them out. Not because of anything on your end, just that's my choice. Please don't follow-up with a phone call.

I liked the unit and in the convenience but the price kept getting so high. I tried speaking to site manager but she was unwilling to bring price down so I had to vacate.

I never had any issues at my cubesmart location and the manager Kim was great. I moved to a local company because I had been overpaying at cubesmart despite having had a unit for 8 years. When I asked Kim if my price can be reduced due to how long I had been renting, she said that was not possible.

Easy and convenient to my location. Great response if I needed information from the management. Clean and orderly premises.
