Facility was well kept, and local manager was fine. The issue is monthly rate was outrageous. Being a loyal customer apparently means nothing as rates continually increased way beyond what was reasonable.

The rent increases from the time I moved in until the time I moved out were unreasonable. Your company did not provide any kind of updated product or service that warranted a rent increase, what do the customers get in return for the rent increase? Nothing.
