Where should I start the moving process went smooth and well but after just a few months of having my storage you guys increase my price significantly and management never got back to me or got any kind of notification and then on top of that customer service was rude and things that were promised were not fulfilled and then again you guys increase my price again significantly so it was time to go and you guys charging me a fee I've never had a fee I've always paid on time my account was supposed to be on auto pay and you guys supposedly said that I deleted it off which I did not and I was told that I would get my fee back never did it's just been a horrible experience and I will not be back!

Storage units were close to our house, clean, and at a reasonable price.Tom was always there to answer any questions and help in any way. He would respond to email in a reasonable time.

Unit manager was very knowledgeable and professional.

The person in the store was friendly, helpful and efficient.

Tom was amazing from start to end. The storage units were great easy to access. My only complaints is the app. I would have to spend the extra 2min to log in to open the gate. So annoying. And sometimes the west access sliding door would break. But other than that I have 0 complaints.
