We have leased the unit for a few years. All was well until Tuesday, November 25th.

Things went well at first… Then came the string of rate increases. Fine. But then all of a sudden our auto didn’t work one month and I was out of town for two weeks. I received notice that you hadn’t received payment. Tried to call my location, no answer, no call back. I left a message asking for help. Days later with still no call back I get back and the day I get back my office is calling me telling me we can access the unit. We run a Pest Control company and we store our day to day products in this unit and we had a delivery due that day that couldn’t be delivered! (I had to pay an additional $227 to have them deliver the next day.) Anyways, I paid the balance up that morning over the phone and they never unlocked it u til later that afternoon. When I went in to speak to the manager I was confronted by two employees and verbally attacked and blamed for the situation. Later the same lady sent me an email trying to tell my staff I was swearing and yelling at them!! I never even raised my voice to them. They didn’t know I was the owner and I think were trying to get me in trouble…

The price on our unit the last couple of months was ridiculous. Not to mention, the storage facility didn’t provide any dollies to assist with moving and there was no way to keep both doors open (to the facility) while moving in and out.

Office not open during business hours. Not on property either. Incorrect entry of payment method on your end that took several months to correct. Outrageous price increases for the same services
