Because of Kim. Kim was always informative and caring to our needs. When I think of my time with CubeSmart, I think about Kim. CubeSmart is very lucky to have such a dedicated and awesome employee. She deserves a raise and promotion. If I ever need another storage unit, I would come back…assuming Kim is still managing the property
