When I moved my things in my unit the lady that opened my account was very chatty and all she wanted to do was talk. I was in the office over an hour before I could even get my keys. Also I was given the wrong access code and was locked inside the gate and called the emergency number and no one called me back for days. I will never use you guys agay

This location had great staff

Rapid rate increases towards the end and there was an incident when our locks were changed without prior notification. When we came to access our unit, it was a huge pain to get a hold of someone via phone or on the premises to find out what had happened.

CubeSmart had what I needed when I needed it at a price that i could afford. In addition, the assistance in the main office was first rate - all my concerns addressed and my questions answered.
