The expectations for communication and asked to the property were made very clear. When the locks needed to be changed to upholster standards, the communication was again extremely clear and accommodations were made to make sure that everybody was able to change their locks. Upon leaving this location, I called to ensure the proper steps to be able to clear out my unit and what things needed to be done. The staff were very clear and understanding and very detail. What needed to happen before my account will be closed.

I had two units. I was robbed of $5500 worth of equipment. I paid extra for the insurance coverage with autopay. The insurance company declined my claim stating “No response “ from the local store. I have since reached out to Art Garcia. Art has tried to help but I have ran into roadblocks at every hand. I found the back of the unit was tampered with allowing access from outside the fenced area. I am currently preparing litigation to recover a portion of my losses.

Young man now working deserves a 10. I have three units. Two for about a year and just rented another. The original lady who signed me up last year did not tell me the CUBE raises rates from every 6 months to every year. I found out when the “interim” person told me when she was trading the young man now in there. He’s excellent. I’ll be keeping an eye on this situation and would not hesitate to move all three if they start to raise. Questionable business tactic IMO.

The new guy working ar facility on hy 5 in McKinney is very good. Big improvement to the lady (what a mess) that was previously there. One significant complaint. I have three units. When I originally signed up for the first two, the lady,, Kendra, didn’t tell me how often the units would increase the rates. Totally unacceptable not to be told. Almost a deal breaker. I’ll keep an eye on this one.

When I moved my things in my unit the lady that opened my account was very chatty and all she wanted to do was talk. I was in the office over an hour before I could even get my keys. Also I was given the wrong access code and was locked inside the gate and called the emergency number and no one called me back for days. I will never use you guys agay
