The general manager told me my rent went up due tax increases. Completely false. Told me the rent was cheaper than an apartment. It’s zoned industrial not residential. There was leaks and was told I had insurance. The insurance company said it’s not insurance. It’s coverage. I had to pay to move my things out due to cube smart leaks. My attorney says i should sue for that.
