Easy to access unit, even after last winter's snows rows were plowed asap. Never any sign of mice etc. Nothing damaged during my stay. Will use again if needed.

Pros: The staff was wonderful, polite, and very helpful.Cons:I rented the unit to store a motorcycle. Never did anyone mention that the cement "lip" to enter the units is 4-6" high. Unless you have a dirt bike, this is not conducive to storing an expensive, heavy motorcycle like a Harley-Davidson. This should have been disclosed up front before I paid the administrative charge. While they gave me a partial refund for the rental, they couldn't issue a refund for the admin charge because it is billed through a separate system. I don't blame the front office staff. This is a breakdown in process and falls on management.Lastly, while the app is very functional and easy to use, it constantly logs you out. So each time I reached the gate, I had to log in again. This is not convenient for someone riding a motorcycle with gloves on and a helmet, where face ID will not work. So, one must take off their gloves, take off their helmet, unlock their phone, log in to the app, and then open the gate. BUT, by the time you get your helmet and gloves back on, the gate is closing. Maddness.

Super easy to sign up and get access. You don't even have to go to the office. Space was very clean and easily accessible. Rent is reasonable
