Storage facility was well maintained and managed. It was convenient to access and reasonable priced.

On the initial day of my move, I showed up on a Saturday at 10:20. I went to use the number to get in through the gate as the movers were directly behind me.. I was not able to open the gate with the pass key that was given to me to punch in the office said it was open, but there was nobody there. I tried calling the office number and it took me into voicemail.. being frantic as the movers charge $150 an hour I searched on my phone to call the main headquarters where I was assisted and given a new number to enter to open the gate. The mover explained that this had happened on a prior experience with somebody else that there was nobody in the office when the sign says open daily starting at 6 AM.. I’m super confused as to why this happened and why there’s nobody there. The place is clean and the staff is friendly and I’m glad I was assisted.

The place is extremely clean very well maintained but when arriving Saturday at 10:30 my code did not work to open the gate. Then there was nobody in the building to assist me.. so I called the office because the sign said open and there was nobody there. It put me into voicemail then. I had to search for the number for somebody to try to help me which I got. I do believe their main headquarters, and the girl was able to assist me in punching in a code to get into the building.. It was very nerve-racking because I’m being charged $150 an hour for the movers.. I was told by the mover as well that this has happened before. So please anybody using this company just to make sure and verify that there will be somebody in the office the day you move in in case a situation happens like this. That you’re not stuck sitting outside of the gate with your moving truck behind you. Otherwise the staff is very friendly and the place is very well-maintained but there’s a little gap somewhere. Staff were helpful and courteous. Unit was clean and adequately sized. Prices were fair and reasonable. Staff took the time to answer my questions and clarify their policies.

Forced to buy smart cube insurance the day I moved in. I have homeowners insurance but I don’t carry the policy with me which is what he wanted to see !!!

Got a 25% price increase after about 2 months, maybe 3 and was informed that another price increase would be coming this year.Came to my unit one day and had 2' deep by 2' wide frozen snow in front of my door. Lucky I had a golf club to chisel my way in.
