Easy to come and go with Cube Smart App. The entire facility is very clean.

Got a 25% price increase after about 2 months, maybe 3 and was informed that another price increase would be coming this year.Came to my unit one day and had 2' deep by 2' wide frozen snow in front of my door. Lucky I had a golf club to chisel my way in.

Arbitrary rate increases with no benefit to the renters. Entrance exit gate performs poorly, even worse in winter. Having to code out of the facility is an absolute waste of time. Controlled climate building has gutter joint over the access door and it leaks for days after rain and creates an ice hazard in the winter.
