I received a call right away once I made an inquiry. All questions were answered immediately. When we moved into the storage unit, again we were given a detailed explanation of policies and procedures.

Today I had a problem activating the gate. Mo was there and assisted me. Then I had a problem locking the the door and the lock. I called the office and Mo & Chris came quickly to help me.

Both times I have called, the customer service exceeded my expectations especially today. I needed a larger storage unit because the longest part of our sectional couch would not fit in the original rented storage unit. Sean went above and beyond to make sure the new unit would fit the sectional.
