The price increased twice in less than 2 years and $172 for an 8x10 is just not reasonable compared to other facilities.

I like the service. I was taken to the storage unit in the golf cart and the unit was clean. Coby and coworker polite and informative.

Good customer experience

I started with another storage company before it was bought out by CUbe Smart. I liked the people and I moved units to keep costs down but it seemed like every time I asked for the price to not go up, they said sure they would work with me because i have been renting for years and they would give me a discount. only for it to be short lived and it spiked up right away and when i said Come on, they really were not willing to work with me. SO i actually found another facility near by that i am saving over 100.00/month for the same amount of space. So as much as i liked it here, it was time, that i am saving 1200/year.

CubeSmart is without a doubt one of the best storage facilities we have used. The facility feels secure and is extremely clean inside and out. The staff is very pleasant and thorough with explaining the rules and regulations regarding securing a storage unit, accommodating move-ins, transfers and move-outs. Kelly was very helpful with our transfer from a larger unit to a smaller one this month. We are very happy to be able to remain a CubeSmart storage customer.
