clean and easy to use

Great customer service

Nothing really separates it from any other storage places. Prices are not great but I picked it on location and for it being gated, but turned out that the gate in the back is broke and left open.

Easy and efficient

I've had my things in many local storage units and having a climate controlled unit became VERY important to me after looking my grandmother's vintage furniture to humidity damage. Flo is great to work with and talk to! Very helpful.

Flo is considerate of your needs .

False advertisement for $25/mo. I was overcharged since the first month $70, then when I couldn't afford the second month they lied about my hasp being unsecured, they put a second lock on my cube to keep me from removing the rest of my belongings, then they put a "lien" on me when I had no intention of continuing to rent from them. Scam company stay away from them.

Price raises year after year too great!

The associate that helped us was amazing, happy, nice, informative and patient!!!

Good customer service
