I had nothing but difficulty renting from CubeSmartNumber one I signed up on a three month half price deal and they could never get it to work so every month I had to go in and payThey never mentioned that I could provide my own insurance and when I had to wait in a monthThird, after less than six months they raise the rate by I believe it was 20 something dollarsI would never select a CubeSmart location in the future

Renting the unit was easy.

Everyone was professional and pleasant. I did have a snag with billing that cost me 40. I finally figured out it was my debit card had expired. I would love to get back Julys payment since I got my stuff out before I think the new month started but don’t expect it.

Great customer service and freindly mgmt

I consistently got 3 different prices for the monthly fee. The Email I received from Cube Smart gave me one price, my website portal gave me a another and the local manager gave me a 3rd. I could never get it straight.
