East to obtain a storage facility. Easy Access at all times. Space was clean when we arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am continually having problems with my billing. I had to pay $31.50 for my ten even though I have 15% off for three months. The next day I paid the $31.50 I had to pay $30 for a late for even though I paid the day before. Ion March 13 load my rent and now they’re trying to take $25 out of my account? I have no idea what’s going on, but someone is about to hear my mouth.

The facility was always clean and accessible. whenever i had to call for something, they were always polite and very helpful. I highly recommend Cubesmart.

For the price paid for the unit, there should be onsite garbage dumpster. ESPECIALLY after the three month promo runs out. Simply overpriced. This single thing kept me from downsizing to a smaller unit after thinning what I had down and forced me to move it all one shot and deal with it at my apartment instead of separating it to trash, a smaller unit, and the moving truck. So your cheapass greed cost you money there. Also, hours of operation were inconsistent, every single time I needed assistance, I literally had to wait over an hour, in fact, I went to office on my move out date at 9:50 am and there was a sign saying will return 9:40, so I went to the bathroom and came back, only to have to wait behind a mentally ill dyslexic woman who couldn't figure security codes out and having to reset her payment date and so on so it would line up with her crazy check on the 1st. Literally wasted a solid hour, and if I had a Uhaul rental, I would have been having a meltdown. Another time we were completely locked out of our unit access due to holidays, which that also was not disclosed, mind you people run businesses with stuff in these units, and I literally saw people. Myself included, waiting at a gate that would not let them in to access their own property within the specified hours of 6am to 10 pm. I was actually getting required safety equipment for my job that day and was unable to. Even this survey, itself. Is a shift away from actual customer service to automation, and it's not improving things. Having a well staffed business actually present during specified hours of operation and actually operating within those specified hours of operation with customer service, instead of expecting us to waste our lives waiting on you, whom we are paying to do it, because we have no choice but to without moving an entire storage unit to do so. Last storage place I had was awesome, they had a dumpster, and it was never over filled, because there was always good stuff to get out of it others had thrown out.

Always clean, I never saw bugs and the humidity was kept down which is great for storing things.
