I consistently got 3 different prices for the monthly fee. The Email I received from Cube Smart gave me one price, my website portal gave me a another and the local manager gave me a 3rd. I could never get it straight.

Easy and convenient

Very expensive for the what you get.

I could not use the spot due to a death in the family.

I was encouraged to do everything online. Everyone was polite at CubeSmart and telling me to do so. However, when I arrived at the facility with my delivery truck, my 10 x 13 unit had a very tiny door and was in a corner. I was unable to change the unit reach anyone or do anything about it. I currently have two storage units and was hoping to combine the two. I cannot do that now because the door issue in the 10x13 unit caused me to have utilize my smaller unit because it had an oversized door. Now I’m paying for two units and one is half empty.

Super friendly staff , not pushy gave all the options and very knowledgeable about pricing and all the legal things that went with the contract.The icing on the cake was they aloud us a few extra days to empty our storage unit at the end of our commitment with no charge . Very impressed !

Price is far too high. On the positive side, units are clean and relatively bug free.

Your annual increases were ridiculous. That is why I left.
