Price is far too high. On the positive side, units are clean and relatively bug free.

Your annual increases were ridiculous. That is why I left.

We have been so happy with our storage time at CubeSmart Merritt Island. Everything has always been seamless. The staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful. From the beginning, Devin has been just the best. We are actually just moving to a different area in FL & have moved to a CubeSmart there!

Outstanding customer service. Devin is highly professional, yet personable. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to assist the customer.The facility that we used is extremely well maintained and managed.

Good experience with Devin, a very congenial and helpful guy.. I also like the lots stones surface vs dirt or sand, but I would prefer smaller gravel, vs stones, to make it easier to walk upon & kneel upon.. Also did not like that my rate was raised , & a other ‘registration fee’ was charged after I left for several months & returned with same vehicle.

East to obtain a storage facility. Easy Access at all times. Space was clean when we arrived. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I am continually having problems with my billing. I had to pay $31.50 for my ten even though I have 15% off for three months. The next day I paid the $31.50 I had to pay $30 for a late for even though I paid the day before. Ion March 13 load my rent and now they’re trying to take $25 out of my account? I have no idea what’s going on, but someone is about to hear my mouth.
