I moved my storage items into your facility because your price was cheaper than the storage facility I was in at the time. Unfortunately, you continue to raise my rates over the last several years to an unsustainable amount. A 17% year-over-year increase is ridiculous. Unfortunately, it appears your corporation understands how difficult it is for most people to move their entire storage unit units just because the price goes up and you are taking advantage of consumers with your business model. No, I will not be storing with you again only to have you raise your rates every year.2023: $199.162024: $246.872025: $278.00Additionally, the only notification I received for any rate increases came 12/11/25. You just gradually raised the rates hoping I wouldn’t notice. Sneaky.I will not recommend CubeSmart to any friends, family, or business associates due to how my account was handled.

price went up the 3 years I had it a few times. Other than that the service was good and moving in and out was easy.

When we first moved in, the unit represented a good value for the money. Once you entered the gated compound, you could access the back door under an awning without repeatedly entering your code. This made it convenient to load and unload things in all kinds of weather. They are short on the number of dollies available to move things. The price went up, and there's an unlocked gate at the back of the property connecting this storage unit to the new Cape Canaveral Hospital construction zone. The end result is that at least two homeless people are living here. One even has a pet cat! Pretty sure they have leases. Guess it beats living in your car or on the street, so I can't say I blame them.
