Devon, the property manager is kind, courteous, and accommodating. The pricing can meet ANY budget and month to month is always available.I feel comfortable storing my items here. I feel safe and secure when I am on the property and I feel that my property is safe and secure when I am not there. There is video monitoring throughout.It is extremely helpful for me(since I tend to lose track of time) how the lighting is set up throughout the inside hallways(this also helps me to feel secure when I enter the building alone). The brighter lights turn on as I enter the hall(or corridor), and remain on for approximately 15 minutes. It is still well-lit once the brighter lights turn off.The property is clean, quiet, and spacious and multiple size units to choose from. There is a very large, covered area where cars, trucks, and/or moving trucks may pull in to load or unload.To gain access to the climate controlled, indoor units, there is a sliding gate where vehicles must enter and a automatic slide door entrance for walk up, BOTH requiring a security code(each unit/tenant has their own code).The property is centrally located to restaurants, gas stations, local malls, convenient stores, etc....the list goes on.I could go on, but instead I will just write that, so far, I have no complaints (or even suggestions for improvement :-))Thank you Devon and Cube Smart
