I booked over the phone and I was told a gift would be waiting for me inside of my unit. I get to the unit find the gift and the lot manager rushes in to take it from me. He told me that only if I reserved it online I would be entitled to it. Didn't feel like arguing with the guy but it felt kind of petty. Mind you I had mentioned that I had my own lock, but it felt kind of incorrect of him to rush in and take the gift.

Nathan and Kenny were always very helpful,respectful and professional and always went above and beyond to help with the problem.
