Our furniture was kept safe, but, when we were looking at storage units, we were told by the onsite manager that monthly rate would not increase for a year. About 3 months in, they increased the monthly payment by $40. Felt like once our things were stored they had is on the hook.

Staff was professionsl and attentive to my needs. The manager went above and beyond. Thank you.

I had great support in finding a location in a very busy and full area. My agent on site was very pleasant, professional and helpful. All of the registration and policies were managed quickly and easily. The facilities are immaculate and well situated.

I would not recommend anyone to use this company. My lease/contract was not up until April 5th my belongings were removed from my unit. Without any means of contacting me prior. Then when asked for corporate contact information the had no answers.

I was paid up through the eighth of the month. I was moving stuff out of my unit and the employee shut my access off.

Good customer service. Clean facility. Easy move in/out. Security checks and audits.

The storage place was convenient, it was afford to store things ive not currently got a place to keep in an recreational trailer.

Too Expensive. I found another storage unit that was the same price but twice the size and was also climate controlled.
