I’ve rented from you guys before came into the office to buy a mattress cover and met the incredible lady Cheryl that has worked for you for a while and she was so nice and quick that I checked on rates and decided to rent right then because of her ease to work with. Today I just came and I absolutely and she had it dusted out and ready to go. The quality of the property and the office staff is 100% better than it was last time I rented. Thank you.

What is online is true, Cubesmart ramps their rates up significantly for no reason at all. After a month or 2 expect your rates to increase.

Our furniture was kept safe, but, when we were looking at storage units, we were told by the onsite manager that monthly rate would not increase for a year. About 3 months in, they increased the monthly payment by $40. Felt like once our things were stored they had is on the hook.
