The employees were very kind and helpful every time I needed anything. I really enjoyed being able to open the main gate by using the app. The biggest issue I had is that the price increased by about 37% in the 15 months I was there. That seemed like a bit much and I will definitely be telling people that before recommending CubeSmart.

The location of the keypad to exit is in kind of an awkward location.

Facilities were good, but the pricing is ridiculous. You continually raise rates but never reduce. I just checked your site and the going rate is 1/3 of the price. Bait and switch and just keep raising

You have raised my rates 6-8 times in the past two years. I will be closing all of my locations with CubeSmart within the next 30 days.

You're company raised my rent $30 just in time for 120F temperature in AZ. I was there for a long time and you couldn't give a shit about your customers.I went down the road to extra space and paid $19 for a 5x5 and prepaid for a yearFUCK YOU and your crooked business plan think I wouldn't have in the heat.

Chrissy is so amazingly kind and helpful. Day one when I moved in, she helped me set up the unit and cleaned it out herself. The day I left she cleaned out that unit within a few hours and initiated the move out process without me have to ask. This woman is seriously the best and made CubeSmart a pleasure to use for storage. Price is also decent. I regularly paid $60 for a 5x10 unit. Perfect for my needs.

Staff is super friendly and location is very convenient for me. I had 2 units and I downsized to 1 unit to save money.
