Ashley has been helpful in showing me the process of using the storage unit. It is however too early to give a feedback because I’m a new customer.

Advertising 110 a month. 3 year client now paying 249. Why chase off reliable clients to find new? When complained office hassled and took it down to 205 but only for 6 months.Does this make good policy?

Because the culture doesn't align with how I live and do things. If I'm looking for a company full of people to help me believe I'm wrong, not normal or somehow out of touch with the way I utilize the space I pay for to store my things, I'll come to the CubeSmart renter appreciation barbecue. Otherwise I'll stay away.

I never had any problems and I’d like to point out that Ashley was the assistant that I dealt with the most and I must say she was amazing with excellent customer service skills
