Ashley, along with the rest of the staff, has done an excellent job of working with us as we downsized and sold our home. We started with one unit and are now up to three! Ashley made sure all our units are in the same row and as close together as conveniently possible. We are now traveling and Ashley has kept me up to date regarding my payment due dates. I will be switching to auto pay today!

Every chance you had to raise rates you did instead of keeping them the same. I would’ve kept my business with you, but you’ll never get another dime I moved to another storage company. They are cheaper and my rate is locked in.. yes, I had a choice when I chose CubeSmart and I have a choice to choose someone else it’s criminal that you guys don’t doubled my rate in a matter of two years and yet your cost did not increase.

Ashley was amazing and so helpful and followed up to make sure things were going smoothly.

Communication was good, the facility was clean and very well maintained.

Ashley helped me with a storage problem and was so kind and thoughtful at a time when I was dreading dealing with storage.The units were clean and I felt her solution was ideal for my situation.

Expensive. $300+ for a 10×10. And 4hwre is only one cart per building.

While the facility is wonderful and well-maintained and the office staff is very courteous, helpful and professional, the prices are just too high for larger units. We down-sized to a smaller unit and even that is pretty expensive.

Overall, the facility is well maintained, clean, and safe. It took awhile to move to a smaller space that fit my needs. I would have scored a 10 if the management was more proactive in finding the smaller space from the larger.

Ashley and her team were always prompt, pleasant and professional.The property was always clean, carts were always available and access was very easy.
