Convenient, simple and transparent

Because this company needs to be reported, they will continue to raise the prices. They pull you in with a look great promotion and then raise the prices so high, before you know you will end up paying 3 times the amount it's worth.

Because when I came I felt it was the perfect plan. Since I been with this storage the price changed 3 times. That's absolutely ridiculous to be raising prices in short a short period. I probably would have stayed, but when I call and asked why are you guy's continually raising my price, her answer was because we can. I knew from that answered, I no longer want to be at a place where prices will continue increasing for a unit so small.

Overall good experience. Seemed like security doors into storage buildings had many issues/malfunctions.

It has friendly staff, temperature controlled, clean, safe environment.
