Your monthly costs are atrocious. When calling in for an explanation I was told it was tied to the housing market. I call b/s on that, I never saw anyone living in the cube they were paying for. "Your explanation" makes about as much sense as my response.

Ashley has been helpful in showing me the process of using the storage unit. It is however too early to give a feedback because I’m a new customer.

Advertising 110 a month. 3 year client now paying 249. Why chase off reliable clients to find new? When complained office hassled and took it down to 205 but only for 6 months.Does this make good policy?
