Staff is always courteous and professional.Staff gets a 10.The rental fee has been inflated to an absurd amount over the years.That's a 1.Average is 5 because the staff really is stellar.

The management and customer service was HORRIBLE! I went there 3 different times, months apart and NO ONE was ever in the front office. The day I went to remove my items, it took me calling customer service 3 times l and waiting 2 hours before someone showed up. Worst place I’ve ever worked with!!

Most experiences have been good. The only negative is that when I got to the office, it was closed & there wasn't a note on the door stating that they were closed for the day. This was extremely inconvenient as I had got a ride from a friend and live 45 minutes away. I did get hold of Liz at another location and she drove over and helped me out.
