Would have been nice to have literally any kind of heads up my 10x10 was two 5x10 units, even the map only showed the one unit. Wasn’t about to put locks on two units. Nobody would answer. So I had to sit for about 20 minutes

Staff is always courteous and professional.Staff gets a 10.The rental fee has been inflated to an absurd amount over the years.That's a 1.Average is 5 because the staff really is stellar.

The management and customer service was HORRIBLE! I went there 3 different times, months apart and NO ONE was ever in the front office. The day I went to remove my items, it took me calling customer service 3 times l and waiting 2 hours before someone showed up. Worst place I’ve ever worked with!!
